Vocals and Chords Studio is excited to offer a very unique Dance Theater workshop for those students who are still learning how to be comfortable learning a dance on the spot at musical theater auditions!

Our two guest artists will help teach the basics of learning a dance for an audition. Students will actually learn a dance during this two hour workshop and be able to perform it! 

Meet our Guest Artists!

Emory Snellgrove is a junior at WCHS and has been doing theatre since she was little at her church. Now, she is a member and a high school intern at InnOvation Arts Academy! Some of her roles include Regina in Mean Girls, Emily in Elf Jr, and she is currently in rehearsal as Arista in Little Mermaid, and Persephone in Hadestown for upcoming shows in march and may! Emory has also received training in ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary musical theatre. 

Claire Adkins has been involved with theatre since middle school and is currently in her third year of WTYA. Her favorite roles include Alice (Alice in Wonderland Jr.), Mal (Disney's Descendants), or Ariel (The Little Mermaid) this past March! Outside of theatre, she has been trained in hip-hop, step, and acro.
